About me
Hi, I’m Jo-anne, an Accredited Practicing Dietitian with over fifteen years of experience as a Dietitian. I am passionate about supporting others to make positive lifestyle changes to support their health and wellbeing.
My special interest areas are in autoimmune disorders including inflammatory bowel disease, coeliac disease, type 1 diabetes, multiple sclerosis, thyroid diseases, and rheumatoid arthritis. I have lived experience after being diagnosed with a type of inflammatory arthritis after the arrival of my first son and know how impactful diet can be in improving health and wellbeing.
I am committed to help you understand and manage your health by providing you with the nutrition tools you need to improve your wellbeing in a sustainable way.
