I offer comprehensive online consultations through phone or video call so that you can access services from anywhere within Australia.
What to expect:
An initial consultation is 60mins and I will gain an understanding of your health needs, medical background, and your lifestyle. We will create strategies together to make sustainable changes to meet your health goals.
Do I need a referral?
No, you do not need a referral in order to have a consultation, however a referral from your doctor can provide valuable and relevant information for the consultation. Depending on your level of cover you may be able to claim a rebate directly from your health fund for your consultation.
Department of Veterans Affairs patients and those on EPC plans do require a referral.
Initial appointment 60mins $160
Follow up appointment 45mins $90
Review Consultation
Review consultations are 45mins, and an opportunity to check your progress and adjust your plan if required to achieve your health goals.
DVA Dietitian services
Patients holding a DVA Gold Card are entitled to free services from a dietitian.
MEDICARE
Under the Federal Governments Allied Health Initiative, GPs can refer patients with a chronic medical condition to dietitians.
There is a limit of 5 services from all Allied Health Providers per calendar year, and a copy of the TCA and referral form for Allied Health Professionals, indicating the number of visits allocated for dietetic services, is required at time of consultation.
